I think that would be good.
create several db, based on your adboards animate for european cup
how do we do this following the team that we choose in career we all have the adboards animate and cup of the country.
as I think we must choose at the beginning with froosty tool the mod.
choose either db with german team or french team or spain.........
but on the same basis.
the English team normally already have adboards not animate in the game and also animate
unless it has changed.
if the have desactive adboards animate for English team, the game will take into account the normal adboard and become rotatable.
and we can normally recover all the entries of these teams
and we can do more teams.
the thing i tested on fifa16 with the generic stages or i add adboard animate.
if a team has normal adboard but not animate becomes automatic rotary.
to see if it works on 18

Not much has changed to Fifa 16, you can disable all animated adbords in the table stadiums (database).
The EPL teams have their own animated and static adboards again, also the teams Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Hamburg, Hertha, Schalke.
I've all the generic stadiums with static adboards (database), that will be the best solution.
It's not possible to great your own animated adboards for all other teams that have a single team stadium.
We have to compromise...

First of all, I have to see what is best...
but I find that with the versions for nations very good
