I have voted for yes. The idea and principle is good, but isn't always easy to make a good screenshot while a match. To find sensational situations is difficult. I think some criterions would be good for the user. Because the user should know what we want in the picture.

Yes! And this is why I think that this is a good idea, because the pic of the month, the winner will be somebody who found that!
