Improve Patch Demo 09 by FifaMania

Here you are:
- new 3d model for players: now the arms pass less across the sleeves;
- new resized ball: the ball now is a bit smaller
- sky patch like 08 one: generic files that work with all stadiums (also imported ones) and make the sky far more realistic.

All is by Outsider 87 (me) and fifaccitiu
