Zippyshare is blocked in germany for a few years. So its working only with a VPN. May you could use any other hoster like mediafire, mega nz or google drive.
But works with a VPN anyway.

in fact they do not want me to cross the border, but like asterix i will resist no joking yes i will use mediafire but there was a problem with the genkey tool for that i had chosen zypishare
