This early access FIFA 21 Modding Tool allows users to gain some access to files and ability to load Legacy Mods.
Has support for FIFA 20 and FIFA 21.

Features:

Legacy Mod Launcher (should now work for everyone)
Legacy File Explorer and Extractor
A basic unfinished Texture Explorer (missing loads of stuff)
A Gameplay Explorer

The legacy files can now be accessed and extracted using the Editor option and clicking the "Legacy" tab. You can compile your own legacy mods or just place them in the LegacyMods/Legacy folder for use whenever you launch the game.

- No you cannot mod anything else (i.e. Faces/Boots/Kits/Gameplay) in the game yet
- No you cannot get out many textures. This is due to a problematic file system set up by EA/DIC.
- No you cannot get out meshes
