Inputting manually the links that could not be created from the error log inside Frosty folder in command prompter and pushing enter after each command. In this way all the necessary folders were created inside Fifa...
A skilled friend helped and if anyone needs more detailed description, I can obtain one.
It seems that every Windows version has it's own issues but doing the operation manually is 100% successful on any OS. I do not have any other type of errors but if anyone has other errors, post the error log here and I will try and convince this friend of mine to help.

It seems this year EA has changed some files and I cannot find anymore the generic sponsors, like that FUT, Fifa 20 and other spam that appear on every adboard.
