yes you can,
You have to export all World Cup stadiums from the Worldcup database into the normal Fifa database and then select them as Home Team Spartak Moscow at the stadium.
in the update to the big germany patch (and premier league patch) that will be already in there...

you have to export both databases and edit them with the DB Master,
it does not matter if with Frosty Editor or CG File Explorer...
