wir sind nicht die Einzigen, mit dem Problem und hier die Antwort vom Ersteller der Tools:

This is a known issue and I did say that the initial version was gonna be like this, there is nothing I can do to fix this any time soon, as the legacy files are all crammed into a single index file, meaning if one mod modifies the index file, and another one does, one will override the other no matter what the changes are. This will not be fixed until I implement asset merging, and is not something I plan to start on at the moment.

das heißt, es wird erst mal nicht funktionieren, da hilft nur, die einzelnen Mods selbst zu kombinieren, also eine Grundlage nehmen, auf den alle anderen aufbauen...
