You know how to keep the budget that I did not spend for the next season.

example;finish saison 2016
4 000 euros for add with new budget 2017

Here are two examples that you can add to your cmsettings.ini after [BUDGET]:

Version #1 (Improved Transfer Mod 0.9 by chris2k13 // FM17 Mod's predecessor):

Version #2 (FIFA Career Mod 16 // Nightly - 08-09-2016):

Both versions do the trick, but I can't say how good it works in Fifa 16, because I've tested those lines in Fifa 15 and it just doubled or tripled my budget after each season, which made the whole thing very unrealistic.
