First you download the file and also the tool FreeArc. After that you make a backup of the following folders just to be safe if something goes horribly wrong:

- players (in fifarna)
- body
- faces
- hair
- hairlod
- heads
- simcloth

And lastly you extract the folders from the file to your game via FreeArc.
