I do not know if there is a Ukrainian league in "cmp", you can ask the guys who did it.
problems with the second leagues and new teams, I think will not be, when the fifa 18 is released we will know their "id" numbers and everything will be fine.
p.s. personally for me, only Europe and America are interesting, Asia and Africa can be removed, as well as women's teams, I do not see any sense in them.
it would not be bad to take the "id" base from the FIFT patch 11 where there were all the European countries with their leagues, I deleted all about the fify 11, but maybe someone else has left it.
