can someone please upload the CROWD files for this OPEL Arena version?

and I can't manage to activate the animated adboards on any german stadium (not EA's).
I use Stadium Server and here is what I have in the cl.ini:

ADBOARDS_DEBUG_TEAM = 1
ADBOARDS_DEBUG_ALLOWALL = 1
[ADBOARDS_DEBUG_FORCE_COMPETITION_SET=1]
STADIUM_USE_LEGACY_ADBOARDS=0
STADIUM_DRESSING_OVERRIDE=1
