This work with or without Origin, just a more basic install with the 2 tools which I believe are causing issues for those of you with problems.

Here is the patch which removes file loader and station tool.
This doesn't include all the scoreboards or extra databases or tournament files but those are very small files
and will be uploaded later today but I would like feedback if those of you with issue are able to play this with no problems.

Read the Install readme and it installs like a normal patch right to your FIFA root directory and then you regenerate.
