Download this file and replace the db 4 and 6 on your folder game/data/db/moddingway then
reinstall proper db 4.0 or 6.0 with selector.

Valambrosio1:
It fixes:
- Serbian clubs: missing heads, formations, nationalities
- Bulgarian clubs: nationalities
- Romanian clubs: missing heads and formations

A complete fix will be released this weekend or friday when I'll have noticed others bugs segnalated.
For the stadiums selection, it's strange but it needs to be solved
