I have to prepare adboards animated paris 2017 is finish just enter in the db.
The problem knows that they are not going to the stadium now.
Only stadium maker who uses blender can do it but I do not ask anymore because every time I have negative answers to the request.

paste in folder stadium and regenerate
IMPORTANTE
if tools shawminator paste too Waldstadion (Fussballstadion) and _Sanderson Park (FIFA 13 NEW generic) in folder FSW/ stadium

Can add a league that fifa does not manage
i make example with georgia league
Find this little trick and work very well

Create a league on country that works.

Example serbie
If already create Serbian league
Put league Serbian 2 all team georgie
IMPORTANT
In the compdata create a league with id georgia ( NOT SEBIAN )
save
Normally team georgia become Serbian
Cm16 automatically changes
Exit cm16 and open dbmaster
Change all id countrie team georgia with
And save
exit

and result in carrer mod
tournament presaison and carrer mod
