I modify and re-adjust because lighting is too important
and too reimport in rx3 original stadium (important because fx is different following stadium)
adboards marseille 2017 in fifa 16 marseille not statics adboards but fifa15 yes
or for fifa16 use line
STADIUM_USE_LEGACY_ADBOARDS=1 in the cl.ini and is use rortating adboards
