UEFA EURO 2016 Patch for FIFA16

Hello everyone,

I'm opening up this thread to gather interested patch makers who want to help out with making a UEFA EURO 2016 Patch for FIFA16. I want to add all UEFA national teams (including kits, logos and banners for UEFA EURO 2016), all UEFA national stadiums and UEFA EURO 2016 Host Stadiums as well as a UEFA EURO 2016 tournament with Qualifiers, Playoffs and a Final Stage.

I can take care of database editing for teams, their kits and stadiums. I have problems with making tournaments in .txt format though.
The things that I will need the most help with are graphics. I want to convert players faces that have been in previous FIFAs (14,13,12) to FIFA16. All UEFA national teams will need EURO 2016 kits, as EA won't make them untill FIFA17... As for Stadiums, I have all UEFA national stadiums in varying formats except for four stadiums which haven't been built virtually.

Bulgaria: Vasil Levski Stadium (by BFLTEAM)
Croatia: Maksimir (from a Croatian patch; originally a PES 6 stadium)
Denmark: Parken (FIFA conversion by jackslapd) (NB: has a texture problem with one of the tribunes)
Greece: OAKA Olympic Stadium (by GUIMATOSS)
Israel: Sammy Ofer Stadium (by FIFAEdit-il) (NB: missing crowds, teams' banners and floolights)
Portugal: Estádio da Luz (PES conversion by william1991)
Poland: Stadion Narodowy (by jackslapd) (NB: missing teams' banners)
Romania: Arena Nationala (from PES) (NB: missing away team banners)
Scotland: Hampden Park (by shawminator) (NB: missing away team banners)
